What type of files can I send you?

We accept any type of file,whether it is JPG, TIFF, PSD or EPS. However, we recommend JPG files to save time if your final requirement is ok with this format, but of course this is entirely up to you.

How to use FTP? Is there any other way?

FTP is File transfer software. Files can be transferred easily through this . You need to download and install FTP on your PC. FileZilla is powerful and free software for transferring files over the Internet.

To use Filezilla FTP please follow these steps:
– FileZilla client downloaded and activated on your computer,
– Enter the domain name in the address field.
(you can also use the server’s IP address)- The username and the password you need to type in are the same as the ones you use to log in to your cPanel.
– The FTP port is 21 and is filled in automatically.

Web browser can be used to connect to FTP addresses as HTTP addresses too. Using a web browser for FTP transfers makes it easy to browse large directories and read and retrieve files.

Besides FTP also Biguploads, Megaupload, Dropbox, Yousendit and other options can be used.

What are your working times?

Definitely, We will work free trial before starting your project..

How can I receive a quotation and within how long?

You can use request for quote portion to get quatation ..Its quite easy and simple way for you..

How can you guarantee your work?

We have skilled professional graphic designers, who will work with your images and we can guarantee wonderful quality of our work..We do everything to make long term business relationship..So we care your project to achieve that goal..

Will you use my images for commercial purposes?

Absolutely not in any situation.

How do you decide Image complexity for pricing?

Total working time what an expert hand requires to complete the whole work.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity level of your images and the quantity. We let you know the turnaround time along with the quotation once we receive your images. Generally we provide 24 Hours TAT. Please let us know whichever TAT you need. Here is our basic turnaround time: 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours.

Can I set up a weekly or monthly payment?

Yes, Ofcourse you can..We have lots of ongoing clients, who have  already set us this payment system with us..Once you send your order, we will add it to your incoice with the all the details, such as image quantity, date of order, type of service and bath number..

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Minimum or maximum words are not go with us…We are ready to accent your order..We value your order, not quantity..

How do I send and receive my images?

We always try to make easy our clients to send their order.. Our developers have arranged a few options to upload and download your images.

What happens if I’m not happy with a completed image?

Accidently If this happens,  just write us an email and we will review it straightaway and do our best to correct it in short time. Of course you dont need to pay for this rework..
